We are looking for a new Spa Manager to join us as soon as possible in the Maldives.

Twice voted 'Best Hotel in the World' and several times "Best Resort", there are 50 luxurious water villas, 79 exotic beach villas and 21 fabulous spa water villas with private treatment rooms.
We are seeking a Spa Manager to join our established Management Team. Reporting to the Resident Manager you will play a key role in supporting the overall strategy of the property.
This position is concerned with the overall operation and control of the Spa and Wellbeing activities in compliance with established policies and practices of the Resort/Hotel and Hilton International.
- Responsible for the entire operation of the 2 spas, including consultations, bookings, treatments.
- Responsible for the retail operation.
- Responsible for the gym operation
- Responsible for the hair salon (including manicure, pedicure)
- Responsible for the yoga and other wellbeing activities
- Responsible for the Ice Cream Spa for children
- Strongly involved in the spa cuisine outlet.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on operational professional with excellent commercial skills, able to identify and drive the revenue opportunities. Excellent planning skills essential due to the seclusion of the property.
We are looking for a candidate with:-
- Education: Internationally recognized beauty therapy certificate (HND, ITEC, CIBTEC, CIDESCO etc).
- Language: Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Another European language is desirable.
- Experience: At least 5 years international experience in the spa industry and at least 2 years at Spa Management level (Spa Manager or Asst Spa Manager) in similar sized and style of operation.
- Competencies: People management, commercial awareness, influence, communication, resilience, analysing information, developing relationships, decision making, planning.
- Computer skills: Excel, Word, Power-point, spa software.
Single status due to island environment.
