Passion in the spa industry is a must as you will be trained in all of our brand partners to be able to tailor the guest experience to the guest's specific needs. The role will be very sales driven as you will be targeted on retail and treatment up sell therefore experience in a sales role is preferred. You will be required to work with the Assistant spa manager and Director of Spa to monitor guest satisfaction reports and implement actions with the team to improve the results.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. At least one year previous experience as a spa receptionist combined with one year as an Assistant Spa Manager.
2. Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
3. Ability to lead by example.
4. Ability to supervise others.
5. Self-motivated and able to motivate others.
6. High level of English language skills, both verbal and written combined with the ability to speak Japanese or some other language.
7. Capable of carrying out tasks as assigned by management.
8. Excellent customer service skills.
