Job Description

If you are a highly motivated individual, with excellent customer service skills then this is for you, working in a state of the art beauty salon, within a highly motivated team at the premier health club in the area. We are looking for a part-time Beauty Manager for a 'jobshare' position.

The role will involve managing all aspects of the Spa including treatment delivery, stock taking, training, promotions and managing spa breaks and brand standards.

Must be NVQ level 3.

16 hours per week, weekend work required. Decleor training an advantage but not essential. Experience within a quality salon preferred.

The role:

• Meeting or exceeding Beauty department sales and service targets 
• Selling core beauty products
• Building a loyal customer base through outstanding service and attention
• Recruiting, hiring, and managing beauty dept. staff
• Tracking sales performance
• Coaching and motivating
• Managing all aspects of the maintenance of the department: keeping it clean and neat; in stock position, etc.
• Planning, marketing, and delivering special events in stores to promote our Beauty products and services
• Collaborating with the  Health Club Manager on operational and selling issues
• Managing and working in a supportive team environment to deliver Beauty dept. goals
