The Spa Host is a vital part of the spa and needs to be heavily focused on the customer journey. You will be responsible for ensuring the guest is guided through a seamless journey whilst visiting the spa. You will be responsible for making sure communication in the spa is exceptional to ensure a flawless journey.
Passion in the spa industry is a must as you will be trained in all of our brand partners to be able to tailor the guest experience to the guest's specific needs. The role will be very sales driven as you will be targeted on retail and treatment up sell therefore experience in a sales role is preferred. You will be required to work with the Assistant spa manager and Director of Spa to monitor guest satisfaction reports and implement actions with the team to improve the results.

Assistant Spa Manager - London Syon Park.
You will report directly to the Director of Spa and will be responsible for the whole spa operation in the absence of the Director so it is important that you have held a supervisory position in a previous role. You will be involved heavily with the pre opening of the spa so this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.
You will be assisting the Director of Spa in setting departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets and the role will also include certain Spa Host responsibilities.
A passion for the Spa industry and outstanding customer service is essential as you will work with the team to achieve an unforgettable guest experience.
You will monitor the appearance, standards and performance of the spa team with an emphasis on training and teamwork.
