Lead General Gymnastic
Barnet - Hendon, Greater London | £20,000 - £26,000 + benefits | PermanentGLL's mission is to provide safe and progressive Gymnastic lessons for all ages and abilities delivered by highly trained, inspirational and enthusiastic instructors.
GLL's London Gym School aims to encourage children to be physically active by rewarding them for their achievements and by providing a structured programme that motivates children toward long term participation in physical activity
We are looking to appoint an experienced coach to lead our young enthusiastic coaching team. You will be responsible for the delivery of the general gymnastics programme including competition and display work. Flexible contract available.
Requirements;
Minimum BG Level 3 General Gymnastics qualification
Be working towards BG Level 2 Pre School qualification (within six months)
BG Membership
Proven track record in all aspects of GG current BG membership
be passionate and enjoy teaching

Role
The role of the Sales Manager will be to report to the General Manager on a daily basis.
Managing a team of 8 Customer Service Advisors to deliver exceptional sales experience and over achieve each month will draw on your sales and member management experience to drive our business forward.
Managing a team of FI’s to ensure a positive experience for all members visiting the fitness centre.
Actively drive and lead on a sales and outreach plan for the centre which will help the team to over exceed on sales targets.
You must be able to demonstrate
High standard of leadership skills and delivery of KPI's
Exceptional quality Customer Service and experience across all GLL Brands in the Centre
Qualifications
You must hold a leisure degree or equivalent
Have experience of working in a busy sales environment
