Job Description
My client is a leading leisure operator across the Uk. They are currently seeking a Membership Sales Manager to drive their health and country club . This position would be ideal for someone to broaden their Sales Management experience with a background in mainstream health and fitness sales.
The role will involve:- Managing a small team of sales executives on a daily basis. Motivating staff, implementing sales initiatives and producing weekly action plans.
- Acting as a proactive member of the team and leading by example.
- Reaching and regularly exceeding personal sales targets for the day, week and month.
- Managing the team across a range of daily KPI's, driving performance and dealing promptly with issues.
- Responsible for organising and participating in off-site promotional activities
- Preparing daily spreadsheets on individual staff performance, analysing figures, conducting comparisons with previous sales figures and identifying training needs.
- Working shift hours which include late evenings and weekends.
- Handling escalated queries/complaints and successfully resolving.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a Membership Sales role or be an excellent mananger from a B2B or B2C background and be passionate about the Health and Fitness Industry.
Salary offered is £25-28 basic plus commission, OTE £37- 45k.
