Job Purpose

• Maximise club revenue through managing your team and self to actively recruit new members
• Achieve and exceed membership sales and revenue targets
• Manage the Membership Sales Advisors to exceed new membership sales
• Plan the marketing calendar and sales plan for the month in conjunction with the club manager
• Implement the sales promotions and campaign, following the monthly business launch
• Drive the corporate strategy for the clubs
• Achieve minimum daily activity targets
• Achieve monthly membership revenue target

Knowledge Skills and Experience

• Be a committed and determined individual who is motivated by the challenge of managing a team
• Proven experience of managing a team
• Experience of working to sales and revenue targets
• Proven track record in sales
• Leadership
• Effective communication skills
• Experience of active involvement in new lead generation
