Job Purpose

• Demonstrate positive, friendly and professional manner at all times when meeting and greeting.
• Support members achieving their 'real life' fitness goals
• Drive membership satisfaction, and ensure high membership retention by delivering high quality service and standards.
• Maximise all revenue opportunities
