Job Description

My client is an International Hotel & Golf Resort Chain, now seeking an experienced leisure operator to manage their Hotel Leisure Club. .

Key Responsibilities include:

• Operational Standards
• Membership Sales
• Rotas & Payroll
• Cost Controls
• Health & Safety
• Standards & Cleanliness
• Staff Training

You will have:

• Previous experience managing a hotel leisure club or leisure department in mainstream fitness operator
• Relevant qualifications either degree or NVQ Level 3 plus NPLQ / Pool Plant Operators
  In addition to this, you must be able to demonstrate a hands - on approach as well as being a natural leader and man manager.
