Cluster HR Manager

This is very much an operationally focused and commercially driven role, with a predominant accountability to ensure that the hotel has the right teams to deliver the Brand customer goals and objectives. As a senior member of the operational hotel team, you have clear accountability and responsibility for ensuring that all line managers have the capability and focus to have the most talented and engaged staff in place, motivated and able to deliver to their full potential in ever challenging market conditions. You will be most effective through taking an 80; 20 approach to building success, focusing on proactive and effective outputs and minimizing overly process driven and reactive activities. Working hours are spread appropriately across our 24/7 operation.
