Job Description

Fitness First are looking for a Studio and Events Manager in Brierley Hill. Fitness First is the largest and fastest growing health club chain in the World, with over 1.5 million members in 15 countries across the globe. We take our fitness studios very seriously and therefore we are looking for experienced and professional people to manage the studio and events within the club and co-ordinate the Weight Loss club.

As a S&E Manager, reporting to the Health & Fitness Manager, you will undertake the following:

• Teach classes
• Market and promote the studio classes
• Plan and prepare all Weight Loss Club meetings
• Plan and prepare for themed events and social evenings at the club.
• Programme an unrivalled studio timetable
• Guide and meet with Group Fitness Instructors

Essential Experience/Qualifications/Qualities

• RSA/ETM qualification or equivalent
• Be able to teach a wide variety of classes
• Outgoing, friendly and motivational personality
• Experience of Coordinating/Managing a Studio and/or events

Desirable Experience/Qualifications/Qualities

• BTS qualified
• Specialist qualification
• Management/Supervisory Experience
