Job Purpose:

• Support members achieving their 'real life' fitness goals
• Regularly produce and update the Studio timetable in accordance with demand, drive membership satisfaction, and ensure high membership.
• To take full responsibility for advertising and promoting studio classes.
• To ensure that the Studio is always presented and maintained to the highest standards.
• To motivate and develop all Studio teachers, offering support and encouragement in order to improve their skills and techniques.
• Maximise all opportunities for revenue generation

What we are looking for:

• Qualified to the standard of REPS level 2
• Able to teach classes
• Sound knowledge of fitness procedures, products and industry trends
• Customer service focused.
• Leadership, organizational and administrative skills.
• Creative and innovative abilities
• Coaching and training experience
