Job Purpose

• Support and deputise for the Club Manager in all areas of club operations and profit and loss management.
• Demonstrate commitment, professionalism and inspiration through your ability to deliver quality member service, a safe and fully operational club and drive to exceed club revenue and profit targets
• Support members achieving their 'real life' fitness goals
• Drive membership satisfaction, and ensure high membership retention by delivering high quality service and standards.
• Ensuring profit and loss targets for the business are met

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Have proven people management experience
• Experience in a customer service environment
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, a positive outlook and effective management skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Effective communication
• Team Worker.
• Motivated, professional, enthusiastic and friendly
