Who are we?
LA Fitness is a leading operator of health and fitness clubs. Operating over 88 clubs throughout the UK.
Job Purpose:
- You will demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and strong management skills to maximize the overall profitability of your club
- You are passionate and determined to drive forward new business to exceed sales and revenue targets whilst remaining focused on improving profit margins
- You will create a fun and friendly environment in which you role model professionalism, honesty and integrity as you interact with your team and members
- You will recruit, develop and performance manage a high performing team to deliver and exceed company expectations
- Through quality service your team will drive member retention
- Your forward thinking style will help LA Fitness continue to drive the brand forward, deliver the best results in the industry and be recognized as the employer of choice
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrable management experience
- Experience of working to sales and revenue targets.
- Proven record in revenue generation demonstrating experience of active involvement in new lead generation
- Track record in using performance management techniques, systems and procedures.
- Excellent leadership
