They own a chain of prestigious health and fitness facilities across the UK and they are now looking for a strong Food and Beverage Manager to run the facilities at their site. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB Provide a welcoming and professional member first service to all our members, in line with both Club Class and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) guidelines. To recruit team members prepared to o the extra mile' in order to ensure the restaurant offer enhances the member experience thereby assisting the club to achieve its member retention goals. Effectively monitoring and managing the restaurant team members on an on-going basis. To ensure the team operate in a professional manner and comply with all health & safety standards and training requirements. Maximising all sales opportunities for the restaurant whilst controlling costs in order to achieve set budgetary targets.
