Fitness is a central focus to what we do and the Fitness Manager will take ownership for the Gym, Inductions, Classes and one on one training programs.
Leading the focal point of the club means high levels of liaison and interaction with other departments, from Sales to F&B; you will understand the need for working closely with all your colleagues.
To be successful you will
- Have a thorough understanding of The Gym, experience of working with a full range of fitness machines, loose weights and exercise suites
- A willingness to make guests aware of other programs and events in the club that will add to commercial success.
- Have experience with induction programs tailored to a guests needs, whilst providing advice about fitness and weight loss
- Provide leadership and training to your team, creating a culture of improving performance and development.
- Be able to enhance the members experience through relevant events and fitness classes tailored to their needs.
