As an Assistant Manager you'll actively support your General Manager. You will aim to ensure that every single guest has an exceptional dining experience. So, helping to lead a committed team, you'll make sure that the atmosphere is perfect, the food outstanding and the team raring to go. You'll also help us to develop the brand, taking careful note of what each guest wants and how we could improve our offering.
