Job Purpose

• Demonstrate a caring, friendly and professional manner at all times when working with children
• Prioritise the provision of fun, educational services within a safe and healthy environment
• Build and retain high attendance numbers with your focus on standards and service
• Promote club products and services suitable for LA Kids customers

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Child care qualification to NVQ level 2 or equivalent
• A friendly and professional individual.
• A passion for helping children learn
• A passion for spending time with children
• Strong team working skills
• Effective communication
• Professional, enthusiastic and friendly
