Job Description

Fitness First are looking for a Member Service Manager in Tower Hill, London. Fitness First is the largest and fastest growing health club chain in the world, with over 1.4 million members in 15 countries across the globe. We are looking for a Member Service Manager to enhance the member experience at club level. To ensure the Fitness First retention strategy is adhered to through the successful management and monitoring of all member related administration, queries, complaints, feedback and cancellations (where applicable).

This job is incredibly varied, no two days will be the same.

The bottom line of this job is to retain Fitness First members. We value our Fitness First members above all and it is your job to make sure they know it. You will ensure
that every member has the best experience possible experience after they join Fitness First Gym and Health Club. You will ensure they build us into their routine and get everything they expected when they joined Fitness First.

You will also manage the Customer Service (Reception) team. Running a lightning-paced, hectic reception is never easy, but smiling no matter what the day throws at you is the real challenge. Running your own department means we are looking for very friendly, outgoing people managers, who can motivate, lead and delegate all around them and
are not frightened of rolling up their sleeves and getting 'stuck in'.
