Manchester beauty show sees 'strong attendance'

A major beauty show in Manchester may have seen an improved attendance this year, according to one expert.

The Professional Beauty Show recently took place at Manchester Central and offered beauty therapists the chance to see a number of new products and techniques.

Laura McCreddie, assistant editor of the magazine Professional Beauty, believes that the event - which took place between October 11th and 12th - appeared to be a success.

Commenting at the event, she said: "I think attendance is up something like 30 per cent on last year so I think people have been really happy and it seems to be going really well."

The show saw a range of exhibitors take part including OPI , Novalash and Perfect Nails.

Meanwhile, it offered those in spa jobs the chance to take part in educational talks covering issues like salon management and even the subject of male waxing.
