Les Mills Training

Fitness Professionals holds the UK licence for Les Mills programmes.

In order to train to become a certified instructor in the UK it's necessary to attend training modules and demonstrate competence in a number of areas before becoming a certified instructor. The training varies from programme to programme.

BTS instructors require a Level 2 industry qualification and be insurable to teach group fitness. All BTS programmes are club-driven and instructors must be affiliated to a club. Training dates for 2008 are now available.
