Sweat in the City

The Fitness Industry Association (FIA) and the Women's Sport and Fitness Foundation (WSFF) have joined forces to introduce a new exciting programme that targets 16 - 24 year old young women in London. The programme has received funding from Sport England and will run from October to December 2008.

The programme lasts three months and will encourage the target group to become more physically active using the facilities of local FIA member health clubs and leisure centres. The participants will not only be introduced to exercise but will also be educated on leading a healthy lifestyle. All participants will be offered ways to carry on exercising following the end of the programme.
